Reentering Your Floor Layout

At times, you may need to edit your room layout. You can do this using the “Edit Table Chart” option in the bottom right of your screen.

This will bring you to a fullscreen view of your table chart, where you can use the menu options to complete the following actions:

  • Selection Tool: Used to select items in the layout to move them around.

  • Hand Tool: Explore and move the canvas without selecting an object

  • Shape Tool: Add shapes that can represent non-table objects in your room layout (such as the stage, buffet tables, etc.)

  • Label Tool: Add labels that are not attached to an object. Double click labels on the canvas to edit or delete them.

  • Add Table Tool: Create a Table and configure settings before adding it to the canvas.

  • Duplicate Tool: Easily duplicate an object by selecting it and then clicking the duplicate icon.

Editing a Specific Table’s Label, Color, Shape, or Capacity

To edit a specific table’s label, color, shape, or capacity, simply use the select tool to click on that table. A settings drawer will open on the right. Make the changes you need and then save your work.

Printing Out Your Room Layout

If you wish to print a physical copy of your room layout, you can do that from your fullscreen Table Chart workspace. Simply click the printer icon in the upper right of your screen to enter the print workflow. You can specify whether you want to display Table Labels and Table Capacities, or whether you prefer to leave those hidden.

Returning to the Main Seating Dashboard

When all the tables are updated how you need, you can return back to your main Seating Dashboard by clicking “Return to Tables & Seating” in the upper right corner.
