Sponsors: Settings, Sponsor Form, and Sponsor Sponsor List
Every FundEasy event gives you the optional capability of adding and managing sponsorships. You can let sponsors register from your public page, collect the details you need with a custom Sponsor Form, offer sponsor tiers, and review every submission from one dashboard.
This article walks through turning on sponsorships, building your Sponsor Form and tiers, setting up payment, managing your Sponsor List, and controlling how sponsors are displayed on your event pages and emails.
For more details, view the video tutorial or keep reading below.
Turning On Sponsorships

Turn on sponsorships. In your event sidebar, go to the Sponsors dropdown and click on Settings. On the main dashboard, you’ll see an option to click Enable Sponsorships.
Choose whether to show a sponsor option on your public page.
Off: Your public registration page shows only regular registrations. You would invite all your sponsors privately.
On: Your public registration page also gives visitors the option to register as a sponsor. Click Edit to change the title, description, or button text for this option. Your changes show up on your public page exactly as you enter them.
Edit your Sponsor Form. Turn sponsor tiers on or off, add optional fields such as logo or website, and add any custom questions. (See Sponsor Form below.)
Set up offline payment instructions (depends on your event template).
For free event templates (e.g., Vision Dinner): Free events have no checkout, so you’ll need to set up offline payment instructions to tell sponsors how to pay you. Sponsors see these instructions as they are submitting their registration.
For paid event templates (e.g., Paid Registration Event, Peer-to-Peer): You don’t need to complete an additional payment step—Payment options were already set up in your main event setup.
You're all set. Go to your Sponsors list to see submissions as they come in.
✳️ NOTE: If you decide not to offer sponsorships, you can turn them off in Sponsor Settings at any time.
Sponsor Form
The Sponsor Form Builder includes essential fields for both organizations and individuals (such as Major Donors or Charitable Trust Funds):

Point of Contact (required)
Email (required)
Publicly Recognized As (required)
Phone Number
“I would like to remain anonymous” toggle
The “Publicly Recognized As” field indicates how you should publicly represent your guests. For example, John Smith might wish to be recognized as the “Smith Family Charitable Fund.” Additionally, the “Publicly Recognized As” field will be used for web and email templates in the event that no sponsor logo has been submitted.
Other optional preset form fields include these:
Option to request a logo
Option to request a website (note: if no website is provided, then FundEasy will not be able to track impressions and clicks).
An address field
Custom questions (asked specifically of sponsors)
The “I would like to remain anonymous” Toggle
If someone indicates on their sponsor submission that they would like to remain anonymous, then they are indicating that they do not wish to be publicly recognized (such as on any web or email templates).
To honor this preference, the FundEasy platform will automatically prevent these sponsors from becoming public. So even after a sponsor is approved, you will never be able to turn the visibility status to “Public.” Instead, you will also see an explanatory tooltip: “This sponsor has chosen to remain anonymous. Visibility cannot be changed.”

If someone once opted to remain anonymous, but now has contacted you that they would like their information displayed, you will first need to edit their sponsor details to turn that “anonymous” checkbox off. Only do this if they have explicitly approved the change—we want to make sure we are honoring their generosity!
Creating Sponsor Tiers
To turn on tiers, open the Sponsor Form Builder and select Add Sponsor Tiers.

You can then set up tiers such as Gold and Silver. Your tiers carry through to your form builder, your public sponsor registration flow, and the admin registration options.
When you toggle on the option for Sponsor Tiers, you’ll be able to get in and set up the tiers you want (such as, Gold, Silver, etc.). Those will update your form builder, your public sponsor registration flow, and your admin sponsor registration options.

Creating Quantity Restrictions for Sponsor Tiers
If you would like to limit the number of sponsor that can sign up for a specific tier, you can add a quantity limit as you are configuring your tiers.

This quantity limit will cause a tier to display as “Unavailable” once the maximum capacity has been reached.

Adding Payment Fields to Sponsor Tiers
You can also set a price for each sponsor tier. Simply open the “Configure Sponsor Tiers” modal on the Sponsors Form Builder, and enter the price associated with each tier.

Sponsor List
The Event Sponsors Dashboard provides a centralized view of all event sponsors, allowing for easy management of their details and preferences. This documentation outlines the key features and functionalities of the dashboard, the approval workflow, the process for turning sponsors public, and an overview of sponsor stats such as impressions and clicks.

Navigating the Dashboard
The dashboard displays all individuals or organizations that have signed up as event sponsors. Sponsors can register through the public page, respond to an emailed sponsor form, or be added manually via the 'Add Event Sponsor' modal.
Every sponsor submission will channel that information here to the Event Sponsors Dashboard for further review. You’ll be able to quickly and easily see the status of each sponsor, including the sponsor has been approved or whether the sponsor is still under review.
Using the approval and rejection workflow for new sponsor submissions, admins can make informed decisions before allowing a sponsor to become publicly associated through the event (such as by being displayed on event web and email templates).
Illegitimate submissions can be rejected and moved to the 'Rejected Sponsors' list.
Rejected sponsors can be restored if deemed legitimate later.
Approved sponsors can be made public after approval.
Note that the anonymity of sponsors is respected; sponsors who choose to remain anonymous cannot be made public at any time without first altering their anonymous status in their registration details.
Using the “Send Sponsor Form” Feature
Sometimes it’s helpful to be able to email a potential sponsor rather than waiting for them to find your main event webpage. This could be particularly helpful if one of these is true:
You want to personally solicit sponsors rather than just seeing who will pick the sponsor option on your public registration page. In fact, you might want to turn your public sponsor form off so that only your specifically-recruited sponsors will be associated with your event.
You’ve been engaging with a sponsor who keeps promising to register, but they’re too busy to go find the event webpage and you want to solidify their details so you can start generating impressions and clicks for them.
In cases like these, the Send Sponsor Form tool is a great way to secure that sponsor submission through a friendly email. Customize your request with a friendly personal note.

Using the “Add Event Sponsor” Feature
If you already know who your next sponsor is and have their permission to add them to your event, you can skip the public flow by using the Add Event Sponsor modal. This is especially helpful if you work with the same sponsors year after year and want to spare them from completing another registration form. It’s also a convenient option when a sponsorship is confirmed over the phone or during a conversation.

Customizing the Order for Your Sponsor Logo Displays
You have full control over the order in which sponsor logos appear throughout your event experience. From the Event Sponsors Dashboard, simply click and drag the handle beside each sponsor to rearrange them into your preferred order.
Any changes you make are applied automatically, updating the display order anywhere sponsor logos appear, including your public event webpages and event email templates.
Sponsors are displayed in the same order they appear in the dashboard. The first sponsor in your list appears first, followed by the remaining sponsors in order from left to right. Once a row is full, additional sponsors continue onto the next row. This makes it easy to feature your most prominent sponsors while keeping the rest organized in the order that best fits your event.
Tracking Impressions and Clicks
When you enable the sponsor logo and website fields in your form builder, sponsors can upload their logo and share their website URL. This allows you to track impressions and clicks as registrants explore the sponsors who help make your event possible.
Sponsors are prominently featured across web and email templates, giving them high visibility and ample opportunity to stand out.
If a sponsor does not provide a logo or website, their public recognition name will be displayed in place of the logo on web and email templates.
