Sharing Your Feedback

FundEasy includes a built-in way to share bugs, request features, and follow improvements to the platform.
If something feels confusing, missing, or like it could work better, the feedback tool inside FundEasy is the best place to share it. When you send feedback, it goes directly to the FundEasy product team and becomes part of an ongoing review process. This helps us understand what’s working well, what’s confusing, and where we can make improvements.
Instead of feedback getting lost in emails or support threads, everything is tracked in one place so it can be reviewed, prioritized, and updated over time.
Every submission helps us improve the platform, and every vote helps us understand what matters most.
Where to find “Leave Feedback”

You can open the feedback tool anytime using the Leave Feedback option inside the help widget, or from the top-right menu in your FundEasy dashboard.
It’s always available when something feels unclear, isn’t working the way you expected, or you have an idea for improvement.
You’re feedback is associated with your FundEasy credentials. This is what allows your feedback to stay connected to you — so you can follow updates, receive notifications, and see how your input progresses over time.
Sharing a bug or idea
Once you open the feedback tool, you can search to see if someone else has already reported the same issue, or create a new post if it hasn’t been shared yet.
From there, it’s simply about describing what you’re experiencing.
If something isn’t working, it helps to include what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. Screenshots are helpful when available, but clear context is what matters most.
If you’re sharing an idea, focus less on technical language and more on the friction you’re feeling. What feels harder than it should? What would make the experience smoother or more intuitive?
How voting works
When you upvote a post, you’re signaling that the issue or idea matters to you.
These votes help the FundEasy team understand which problems are affecting the most people and which improvements would have the biggest impact.
While voting doesn’t guarantee immediate changes, it plays an important role in shaping what gets prioritized.
What happens after you submit feedback
After you submit something, it enters a review process where the team regularly reviews new feedback, groups similar requests together, and evaluates what to focus on next.
Some issues are addressed quickly, especially if they impact core functionality or multiple users. Others take longer depending on complexity and roadmap priorities.
Everything submitted is seen and considered — even if it isn’t acted on right away.
Staying updated
When you interact with a post — by voting or commenting — you’ll automatically receive updates as it moves forward. That includes status changes, responses from the team, and notifications when something is resolved or released.
For broader product updates, FundEasy also shares a Changelog, where we publish new features, improvements, and fixes as they’re released.
Subscribing to the Changelog is the best way to stay informed about what’s new in the platform.
