Manage Registrants for Bundle Registration Events

The Manage Registrants dashboard gives you a full set of tools for managing your event's guest list, from tracking registration counts to sorting, filtering, and tagging individual guests.
Note: This terminology and these counts apply to all event templates except Vision Dinner events, which uses its own registrant tracking.
Registrant Counts & Registrant Groupings
At the top of the dashboard, the Registrants tab shows the total number of people registered for your event — a subtotal of everyone counting against your event's capacity. In this example, there are 59 registrants total. Cancelled guests are tracked separately under the Cancelled Registrants tab and aren't included in this count.

Below that, you'll see two more counts: how many registrants are completed and how many are incomplete. In this example, 33 are completed and 26 are incomplete. These two numbers always add up to the total, so you can verify them at a glance.
Incomplete registrants are guests who were already reserved in advance by an order primary, such as a host or team captain, but who haven't had their individual details filled in yet — things like a meal order, a t-shirt size, or other guest-specific information. For example, an order primary named Angie may have three remaining tickets included in her order, but until she (or you) fill in the details for each of those three guests, they'll show as incomplete.
Sorting, Customizing, and Grouping Columns
With No grouping selected, you can sort any column by clicking its header. Clicking once sorts ascending, clicking again sorts descending, and clicking a third time returns to the default order.
You can also rearrange the order of columns. To add or remove columns, open the hamburger menu on the far right of the table and select the columns you'd like to display.
From the guest list, you can group registrants by:
No grouping — a flat list of every registrant
Host — grouped by the order primary who registered them
Tags — grouped by tags assigned to registrants
Orders — grouped by order

Filtering and Managing Tags

The guest list also supports filtering. To manage tags for an individual guest, click the tag icon next to their name and assign any tags that apply.
To create new tags, click Manage Tags. From there, you can create new tags, edit existing ones, or delete tags you no longer need.

How do I Add Guests to Hosts/Primaries?
Using “Pending Guest Information in the Group By: None View
If you need to add a guest to one of your hosts or primary registrants, you can do so from the Incomplete tab, which lists all reservations that have been reserved but not yet filled in.
Go to the Incomplete tab to view the list of pending reservations.
Locate the host you want to add a guest to.
Click Pending Guest Information next to that host.
Fill in the order details for the guest you're adding.
Using “Register Person to Host” in the Group by: Host View
When grouped by Host, each order shows the number of guests already completed alongside the total number of seats available for that order.
To add a guest to an existing order, click the link next to that host's entry and select Register Person to Host. This lets you fill in a guest's details on behalf of the host, using one of the seats already reserved under that order.

How do I Move Someone From “No Host” into a Host Group?
You can easily move someone who registered on their own into a host's group. It takes two steps: cancel their individual ticket, then re-add them under the host using either method above.
Cancel the individual's own registration. This releases their ticket back to your available capacity so that you don’t end up with two seats reserved for the same person. (On a paid event, the system will prompt you whether or not to complete a refund.)
Go to the host's reservation and find an open (unfilled) spot in their ticket bundle — the same Incomplete tab / Pending Guest Information flow you'd use to fill in any pending guest.
Enter the person's details as a guest in that open spot.
That's it — the person now shows up correctly under the host's group, and your capacity and billing stay accurate.
Why two steps instead of one "move" button: an individual's ticket and payment record are separate from a host's bundle, so shifting someone directly between them would leave the system unable to tell whether to count them once or twice, which ticket to release, or who gets billed. Canceling and re-adding keeps all of that clean.
