Using the Host Dashboard for Vision Dinner Events

The Host Dashboard gives event admins a single view for managing table hosts on a Vision Dinner event. It combines summary metrics, a sortable host performance table, and quick-access actions so you can see which hosts are actively recruiting guests, follow up with hosts who need a nudge, and jump straight into existing tools like Manage Registrants and each host’s Host Manager Tool — all without leaving the dashboard.
Note: The Host Dashboard is available only on Vision Dinner events. It will not appear in the sidebar for other event templates.
Accessing the Host Dashboard

Open the Vision Dinner event you want to manage.
In the event admin left navigation, go to Registrants.
Select Host Dashboard.
Reading the Summary Stat Cards

At the top of the Host Dashboard are four stat cards that give you an at-a-glance summary of the event's host and guest activity. These cards are display-only and are not clickable.
Using the Host Performance Table
Below the stat cards is a table listing every host on the event. Use it to quickly compare hosts and identify who needs attention.
Sorting hosts

Use the sort dropdown above the table to reorder hosts by:
Most Registered (default)
Fewest Registered
Most Invited
Fewest Invited
Sorting by Fewest Invited is a fast way to find hosts who haven't started sending invitations yet and may need a follow-up.
Viewing a host's registered guests

Click the number in the Registered column, or the “View” link next to it, to jump directly to Manage Registrants in Group By Host view. The page automatically scrolls to and expands that host's group, with the group visually highlighted, so you don't have to search for it manually.
Click a host's name to open that person's registration details in a side panel, using the same Registrant Info panel you already see in Manage Registrants.
Taking Action from the Ellipsis Menu

Each host row has an ellipsis (•••) menu with the same actions available in Manage Registrants, so you can act on a host without switching screens:
View Person Profile
View Host Manager
Edit Registration
Register Person to Host
Email Guest
Demote to Guest
Cancel Registration (shown in red)
Note: The Email Guest action is especially useful for reaching out to a host about their invitation progress — for example, following up with someone who has registered guests but hasn't sent invitations yet.
