Congratulations on wrapping up your event! After all the planning, promoting, and fundraising, it's time to tie up the loose ends and make the most of your post-event momentum. FundEasy has built-in tools to help you finish strong and prepare for next time.
Here’s how to close out your event:
Run Final Reports
Now is the time to get a clear picture of how your event performed. FundEasy makes it easy to access important post-event reports, including:
Attendance Reports

You can find all these under the Reports & Exports section in your event dashboard.
Send Thank-You Emails
Gratitude goes a long way. Use the Send Email tool to send a thoughtful thank-you message to everyone who participated.
You can:
Personalize the message with each person’s name.
Include totals raised or goals met.
Add a story or impact quote to remind them why their support matters.
Want to go the extra mile? Pull addresses from your reports to send handwritten notes!

The best time to plan your next event is while the excitement is still fresh! Most organizers find that setting up their next FundEasy event 5–6 months in advance gives them plenty of time to promote, recruit fundraisers, and fine-tune event details.
