Your FundEasy account will include an account-level Payments Dashboard that is the master transaction log for every ticket sale or donation processed through the FundEasy platform. Unlike event-level dashboards, the account level tool encompasses all transactions across all events and pages.

Transactions will show in black with a status of “Paid,” and refunds will show in red with a status of “Refund.”

Offline vs. Online Transactions

Use the Online transactions tab to see all card payments and refunds.

Use the Offline transactions tab to see all completed offline payments.

Note that pending offline payments do not show up on the account level transactions log, since there has been no money received. To manage pending payments, navigate to the specific event.
