FundEasy Subscription Cancellation Policy

We're sorry to know that you are considering canceling your subscription. Before you go, please reach out to your Account Manager at accounts@fundeasy.com. They would be happy to help you make sure you are getting the most out of our products available to you.

If you do determine that you want to cancel your subscription, please remember that all subscriptions have a 1 year commitment.

If you made an annual payment for your 1-year FundEasy subscription and would like to cancel your subscription, you can let your Account Manager know that you do not want to renew your subscription for the following year.

Grace Period:
If you cancel your FundEasy subscription within 14 days of the start of the subscription, you will owe the price of the first month's subscription plus any time logged with Customer Support (chat, phone, and/or email), which is charged at $150/hr with a minimum of 30 minutes per request, charged in 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes and rounded up to the nearest 15 minute interval. If you made an annual payment, you will be refunded 11/12 of the charge, less any Customer Support charges.
